Muskoka Wedding at Rocky Crest Resort

You know what they say: "when it rains on your wedding day, get into a canoe and paddle around the lake".

This day was a good reminder to just embrace the day no matter the weather. Christine and Michael do a lot of adventuring and canoeing together so it was only fitting that they were still down to go for a little canoe ride despite the downpour.

Christine's father even paddled her to the ceremony from across the lake. It was a bit chilly and they were totally risking getting wet, but it's moments like these that you and your guests will remember forever.

At the end of the evening we had planned on sunset portraits, but instead they went out and danced in the rain, which, I think, was even better!

Trust your photographer & don't stress about the weather. Your photos are going to be beautiful as long as you just go with the flow and have fun with it!
