Paddles with Grandma | Port Hope

This Grandma (Beppe) takes her grandchildren on paddle board adventures weekly. I can’t think of a better way to document them than this, doing what they love with Grandma. This day she took them out onto lake Ontario and into the Ganaraska river at the heart of Port Hope’s beautiful downtown.

Eilythea & Steven | Toronto Wedding

It was one of those perfect days, the weather co-operated even though it hadn’t been recently, everything ran smoothly, nobody felt stress. So many people came together to share in the joy and celebrate such a meaningful day. Together they held hands, sung, danced and laughed in the presence of god while they joined together in a veil and cord ceremony in the church where they first met.

What do you admire the most about your partner?
Steven: The thing I admire most about Eilythea is how much she pursues God. She has deep relationship with her Lord and saviour, Jesus Christ and it inspires me to deepen my own faith as well.

Eilythea: There are so many things I admire about Steven. But the one thing I would say I admire the most is how much he loves Jesus and how he tries to love others the way God would. We’re all human and make mistakes but Steven never fails to remind me that God’s love is unconditional and that He is gracious.

Emily and Josh | Huntsville Wedding

There is something about being up north that makes you feel more romantic and carefree. The fresh air makes you feel alive and you appreciate life just a little bit more. I think that is why Emily & Josh decided to gather in a little town outside of Algonquin, allowing their guests to escape busy life and just be in the moment with them. I was wonderful to witness and I’m so thankful to have been able to capture it.

Meagan and Sean | Summerlea Golf Club

After I did their engagement session last fall I could not wait for their wedding day to arrive. Meagan and Sean are so wonderful to be around because their fun & carefree attitudes are just so contagious. They ended up having a totally perfect day from start to finish. The weather was gorgeous & sunny, and you could tell everyone had such a great time!

Highlight: A bunch of their friends & family learned a dance to a popular country song, wore cowboy hats, and surprised them with it!

Emily & Josh | Bowmanville Engagement

I met Emily while I was studying photography at Humber back in 2009 and now I get to photograph her wedding to the love of her life Josh! Time sure flies, but I’m so excited & grateful to document their love in a small little town just outside Algonquin park. The two of them are super sweet together and when I asked them a few things they like to do together the first thing they mentioned was foster dogs, how amazing is that? Ace was one of their first foster dogs who they decided to keep, and he was such a little sweetheart for the whole session. I’m so glad they brought him along to join in on the fun!

Wellesley & Ryan | Kinmount Engagement

I met W & R up at their family cottage where we drank beer and wine together and enjoyed a nice breeze off the lake. They broke a hammock, cuddled in another hammock, we went for a boat ride, and got eaten alive by mosquitos. It was literally a photographers dream! I think my favourite part was being out on the lake with such great company in finally some beautiful weather this year! Thanks you two for making my job so much fun!!!

Grace & Matt | La Maquette, Toronto

A sentimental wedding in the heart of the city, with love and laughter in the air. Grace & Matt are two people truly meant for each other. The moment they saw each other, all the stress leading up to the big day seemed to just fall away. They cried together, laughed together, played a good round of rock-paper-scissors and hardly left the others side. In every emotional moment they were there to wipe the others tears, and hold their hand. It was such a pleasure to be apart of their day, and I wish them great happiness in this new journey together.
